At Jumbo Jumble, we want every gift to arrive safely and bring a smile.
If something isn’t right with your order, please contact our team and we’ll do our best to make it right.
Eligible Returns or Replacements
Items may be eligible for return or replacement if:
- The item arrived damaged
- The wrong item was received
- The item is defective
Contact Us Within 14 Days
Please contact us within 14 days of delivery and include:
- Order number
- Brief explanation of the issue
- Photos of the issue, if applicable
Non-Returnable Items
For food safety reasons, opened food products cannot be returned.
Gift boxes that have been opened or consumed may not be eligible for return unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
